About the Design
Iznik tile-making reached its height in the sixteenth century; cobalt blue and the coral red particular to that period are what make the tiles recognisable. This design borrows their medallion layout — a star at the centre, geometric panels around it. Instead of the glazed shine of a tile the surface here is matt woven cloth, but the composition is the same.

Wipe with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry: the woven surface and the wooden bead are best kept away from hot water and drums.
It is woven in Türkiye, in Asya Bayrak’s own facilities. Because we produce directly rather than buying in, quality is checked in house and production details can be adapted to your order.
