Asya Bayrak is a flag and textile manufacturer with more than two decades of experience. Founded in İstanbul, we weave, print and finish flags entirely under our own roof and export to 62 countries across four continents. Our range covers national, corporate and ceremonial flags, pennants, banners and custom printed textiles.

We produce national, corporate, ceremonial and table flags; string pennants and streamers; podium, stage and building banners; and custom printed promotional textiles. Almost anything that can be woven or printed on fabric can be produced to your specification.

We work mainly with three fabrics: Raschel — durable and weather-resistant, ideal for outdoor and pole flags; Alpaca — a premium knit with vivid colour and a soft drape; and Satin — glossy and refined, well suited to indoor, ceremonial and table flags. Tell us how the flag will be used and we'll recommend the right fabric.

Yes. Our outdoor flags use fade-resistant printing and reinforced stitching so that colours and seams hold up through wind, sun and season. For continuous outdoor use we usually recommend Raschel fabric, which is built to withstand demanding weather.

From small desk and table flags to large pole and building flags, we produce to any dimension you require. Finishing options include sewn sleeves, header tape with grommets, rope-and-toggle and fringing — chosen to match how and where the flag will fly.

Yes. Standard single-sided flags show a mirror image on the reverse, while true double-sided flags use a blockout layer so each side reads correctly. We'll advise which option best fits your design and budget.

Absolutely — custom production is at the heart of what we do. Send us your artwork, size and quantity, and we'll produce flags, pennants or banners in your exact brand colours, from a single piece to large wholesale runs.

Vector files give the best result — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) can also work for many designs. If you include Pantone references for your colours, we can match them precisely.

Yes. Our colour-managed printing lets us match Pantone references and brand guidelines closely, so your flags stay consistent with the rest of your visual identity across every order.

Yes. Before we begin, we share a digital proof so you can approve the artwork, colours and layout. For larger orders, physical samples can usually be arranged on request so you can check fabric and finish first-hand.
