Return Window
We have a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at asyabayrakllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back before receiving our approval, as unapproved returns may be refused.

Return Shipping (Customer-Paid for Change-of-Mind)
For returns due to change of mind / not defective: return postage is paid by the customer.
Please use a trackable service and share the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels shipped without tracking.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid solution or otherwise cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days pass after our approval, contact us at asyabayrakllc@gmail.com.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, place a new order and return the original item following the process above.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Unless the item is defective, the customer pays return shipping, provided this policy is disclosed (as here).

What’s Not Returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Customized/personalized items (unless defective)
    (We do not designate items as “final sale”; discounted/sale items are returnable under the same conditions unless stated otherwise on the product page.)

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees (if any), duties, and taxes are not refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

  • Please pack returns securely to avoid damage in transit.
